Release of SWR2 revision 294
* Landscaping no longer causes existing mobiles in area to be extracted.
* Some sector types are no longer automatically picked for new planets. These include "dunno", "air" and "oceanfloor".
* Telnet logging disabled by default because it generates a lot of logs that are of no interest to most people.
